Peel the adhesive strip from the underside of the pad using clean hands.
Place the pad, sticky side attached to the inside of the underwear.
After 3-4 hours, remove the pad from the underwear.
Put the pad in Sirona Sanitary Disposal Bag and throw it in the bin. Do not flush.
