These Terms of Use govern your use of the Wingit website and mobile app, operated by Saksham Khandelwal (India). By using Wingit you agree to these terms.
The service
Wingit lets you browse curated beauty products and request a trial box delivered to your home. No payment is taken in the app. You try the products at home and pay later, separately, only for the items you choose to keep. Items you do not keep are returned to our delivery agent.
Trial boxes
- Requesting a trial box is a request, not a confirmed order; we may decline or limit requests (for example, outside serviceable areas).
- You are responsible for the products while they are in your possession and agree to return un-kept items in saleable condition.
- Prices shown are indicative; the amount payable is for kept items only and is billed separately after your trial.
Accounts
The app creates an anonymous profile to keep your orders together. You can delete it at any time from Profile → Delete account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to defraud, or infringe others' rights.
Products and brands
Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Wingit offers genuine products as an authorised reseller.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
