Try at home, pay for what you keep
Wingit is a try-before-you-pay beauty service. When your order arrives, you can try products at your doorstep using hygiene-sealed testers during the delivery window. You are only charged for the items you choose to keep — anything you don't keep goes back with our concierge at no cost.
Returns after purchase
If something is wrong with an item you kept, we'll make it right:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a pickup and a full refund or replacement. - Hygiene & safety: beauty products that have been opened or used after purchase cannot be returned, except where the product is defective. This protects every customer (and follows standard practice for cosmetics in India). - Wrong shade ordered? Our doorstep trial exists exactly for this — please use the tester before deciding to keep an item. Post-purchase shade-preference returns are accepted within 7 days if unopened.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of pickup/inspection. - For doorstep trials, items you don't keep are never charged (or, if pre-authorised, the hold is released within 5-7 business days). - Cash-on-delivery orders: refund via Bank Transfer within 7 business days.
How to start a return

Non-returnable
Gift cards; products marked final-sale; opened/used products (unless defective).
