Service area & speed

• Bengaluru (concierge delivery): orders are delivered by our beauty concierge in 60 minutes or scheduled slot within Bengaluru. Your concierge waits while you try your products at the doorstep — you only pay for what you keep.
• Outside Bengaluru: Not currently served.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on all orders
• Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

• Orders placed during service hours (8am–9pm) are dispatched immediately. Orders placed outside service hours are delivered next day or at a scheduled slot.
• You'll receive order updates by WhatsApp.

Delays & issues

If we can't reach you at the address, our concierge will call you. Undeliverable orders are cancelled without charge, or rescheduled if we can contact you. For any delivery issue, contact 7019512423.
