Do I pay anything online?
Nothing upfront. We bring full products and single-use testers home - you try, then pay only for what you keep. No order minimums, no penalty if you keep nothing.
Where do you source the products?
From authorized brand stores and leading chains - Nykaa, Tira, Sephora - with a valid invoice for every item. No dupes, no grey-market stock.
How do you maintain hygiene?
Every tester is opened with a fresh, sealed Q-tip or sponge, disposed off right after. Full products stay sealed until you decide to keep them. No shared applicators, no double-dipping - the one thing offline beauty counters can't promise, we do.
Do I have to keep anything?
Only if you love it. Our beauty partners help you decide but never push. Hand back whatever doesn't work - no questions, no fees. Trying beauty should always be free.
What kind of testers do you provide?
For every product you order, we carry a tester of the same item alongside the sealed full-size. You try the tester with a fresh Q-tip or sponge, then decide whether to buy the sealed one. The tester goes back with us, and the used Q-tips and sponges are disposed off immediately.
What do you mean by beauty partners?
Our beauty partners are trained female beauty advisors. They can help with application, suggest pairings, or give you an in-depth take on a product - only if you want them to. All-female team so you're comfortable trying face, lip, and fragrance products at home.
Can I schedule my deliveries?
We deliver between 10 AM - 8 PM IST, within 60 minutes of ordering. Prefer later? Pick a future slot at checkout that suits you - same-day or a few days out, your call.

Our Story
Honestly, this all started because of stuff that was happening at home for both of us.
Nikunj's mum.
Nikunj watched his mum do the same thing for years - open the shopping app, fill her cart with serums and foundations, sit on it for ten minutes, then close the laptop.
She has hyperpigmentation, so most products people swear by either leave dark patches or settle into the wrong undertone on her skin. She also runs her own business and doesn't really have time during the week to walk into a store and test things. So she'd either skip it, or take a chance, use it once, and stash it. Three thousand rupees, drawer. Repeat.
Nikunj kept asking - why is buying beauty online a one-way contract? You buy it, you keep it, even if it doesn't suit you.
Saksham.
I have eczema. There's a long list of things I can't put on my skin - specific fragrances, certain chemicals, a few actives, even some surfactants. The wrong one and my face is flared up for weeks.
My skin tone also doesn't match what most brands call "universal". So most of what I ordered ended up either in a drawer or knocked me out for a fortnight. After enough of those I mostly stopped ordering and stuck to two or three brands I'd already tested in person.
We've known each other since school. Both of us ended up at IIT and then went off to do other things for a while, but we kept circling back to this - we were watching it at home, and it was getting in the way of stuff we wanted to buy ourselves.
Before we did anything about it, we wanted to check whether other people were constantly facing the same issue. So we had long conversations with around 200 people in the city - friends, mums, students, buyers across all age groups and genders - who all struggled with the same problem: people didn't want to be stuck with something that didn't suit them, or didn't know what actually worked for them.
That's pretty much what WingIt is. The rider brings whatever you ordered, waits while you try it, and takes back whatever you don't keep. No charge, no paperwork.
