This Privacy Policy explains how the Wingit website (wingitclub.com) and the Wingit mobile app collect and use your information. Wingit is operated by Saksham Khandelwal (India) ("Wingit", "we", "us"). Contact: nikunj@wingitclub.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and deliver our trial-at-home service:

  • Name — to address and fulfil your delivery.
  • Mobile number — to contact you about your trial box or order.
  • Delivery pincode / address — to check serviceability and route delivery.
  • Order history — the products you requested or purchased and their status.
  • Anonymous app identifier — a random ID created when you first open the app so your orders stay together on your device. It is not linked to any third-party identity.

In the app, you can browse the catalogue and build a box without providing any personal information — we ask for the details above only when you submit a trial-box request.

Information we do not collect

  • No precise location, camera, photos, microphone, or contacts.
  • No advertising identifiers; we do not track you across other apps or websites.
  • The app takes no payments and stores no card details.

How we use your information

Solely to operate the service — fulfilling trial-box requests and orders, contacting you about delivery, and showing your order history. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We use service providers that process data only on our behalf: Supabase (app database and authentication) and Shopify (our website store and checkout). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app: Profile → Delete account. You can also request deletion at wingitclub.com/pages/delete-account or by emailing nikunj@wingitclub.com. We action deletion requests within 30 days.

Children

Wingit is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
