Remove the pad and save the disposable cover.
Peel off the paper and place the sticky side in the *middle of the underwear *.
Fold the flaps and stick them to the outer surface to secure the pad.
Once used, take the pad off and roll it up.
Place the pad inside the disposal cover and seal it shut .
Throw the cover in the dustbin
