Remove release paper from back of the pad. Stick pad firmly onto the panty with longer end at the back. Remove release paper from the wings. Wrap the wings around both side of panty and press firmly.
Note: Do not flush. Dispose-off responsibly after use. Avoid using sanitary napkins for more than 6 hours at a stretch.
