Use this in your morning routine after applying all your serums and moisturizer. Take two finger-lengths of the product and gently massage it into your skin. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure, and reapply every three hours if indoors. If you're in the pool, playing a sport, or perspiring, reapply every 80 minutes.
